Old Business:
Outing to Bristol Renaissance Faire: Mention was made of PAC Rats trip to the Renaissance Faire on Sunday, July 25, 1999. Although the weather was very hot, everyone attending said they had a great time.
Princess & The Pea Updates: Posters are now available for people to put up at local establishments advertising August performances of Princess & The Pea. Show dates are Saturdays, August 21 & 28 @ 11am & 2pm in the Performing Arts Center; Sundays, August 22 & 29 @ 3pm in the Gazebo located in the courtyard near the Cafeteria.
We will need more bodies for the Sunday shows in order to: set up folding chairs; move scenery, sound equipment, concession equipment and supplies; put up directional signs & crowd control ropes; and help with ushering and concessions. We need people here at Noon.
We will also need two people for stage crew for each show and two people for follow spot operators for the Saturday shows only. These people will need to be in the theatre for tech week (Sunday, August 15--Friday, August 20) and performances.
New Business:
Guerrilla Theatre for Fall Semester: We will once again be doing Guerrilla Theatre sometime during late September or early October. There may also be an opportunity to do an evening performance for one or more classes. We also need complete scripts for these performances. More on this at the next PAC Rats meeting.
Murderous Updates: Congratulations to the following people for being cast in. . .
